Project groups usually consist of specialists in several different areas. These may be colleagues at Navigate Consulting, other consultants hired by the customer or the customer’s own staff. Often times it is a combination of all three. As a project manager, in addition to managing the more rigorous requirements, it is important that you create a stimulating and creative work environment in the team.
